The RoleThe RolePrincipal Accountabilities / Responsibilities: The Client Account Manager HCM is accountable for the achievement of the goals and objectives which are defined in the Center of Excellence in his specific area, namely HCM. The Client Account Manager HCM is accountable for analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities. He will participate in the setting of ERP HCM objectives, plans, programs, performance standards/measures and procedures, as a member of the ERP HCM. Add recommendations of required improvements to ERP HCM and so indirect to company’s business processes. Recommend the business integration, change-management and process redesigning according and in line with ERP HCM. Responsible for regular meetings with the Business Owner to list the requirements for the enhancements. Running the workshops related to the blueprint documentation within the ERP HCM area in close relation to the Business Owner. Responsible for configuring ERP HCM, including the business blueprint documents, designing solutions, transferring to quality and testing, business improvement and monitoring and implements corrective action as appropriate. Lead, assists and supports the ERP HCM team in identifying and implementing methods which increase profitability, efficiency and effectiveness and ensures the quality of the deliverables. Manages one of more skilled functional people within Center of Excellence – ERP HCM team. Provides coaching and support to the ERP HCM team in his area, responsible for training and knowledge transfer to members of the Center of Excellence, service desk, functional consultants and end-users. Define and execute unit tests, integration test and regression test scripts to validate key end-to-end business scenarios and troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues/bugs identified during implementation, testing, and post-Go Live. The main task contains: customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the requested use case. Another main duty is to transfer external know-how to the client. It is not manpower that counts but intelligence, understanding of processes, a feeling for defects and general a common sense. The Client Account Manager HCM will be responsible for supporting, managing and designing ERP HCM solutions based on the requirements coming to the Center of Excellence. Act as a project member within the Center of Excellence for new releases, updates, patches, go lives, etc. Ensures the ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements within HCM environment. The Client Account Manager HCM will be trained to have strong knowledge and experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and troubleshooting. Translate the functional requirements into technical design, application configuration and testing efforts. Documenting all aspects of the system (e.g. process design, application configuration, test plans). Create process documentation based on business group. |
RequirementsRequirementsPosition Purpose Statement: The Client Account Manager HCM belongs to the Center of Excellence and serves as a liaison between the business and the ERP HCM elements. He will manage the business requirements to ensure the right information is delivered on the right moment and is responsible for the business process support and improvement of related activities within HCM environment. The Client Account Manager HCM will directly contribute to organization’s business by continuous improvement and redesigning of business processes within ERP HCM. The Client Account Manager HCM will play a significant role in the design process, implementation, and ongoing enhancements for the overall SAP HCM Module. He will work closely and often facilitate efforts with the business in the definition of process and enhancements needed for the business systems. He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the SAP HCM modules and direct programming that is needed. He will gather requirement design, configure, test, and implement changes. Be part of Center of Excellence to generate the design of processes including the review of key configuration standards and technical objects.
