The RoleThe RoleSAP HCM ESS/ MSS Functional Consultant required to be based in Doha, Qatar. My client is currently seeking resources from a SME and functional perspective in the areas of SAP HCM specifically in ESS/ MSS. The role offers generous tax free package + extensive benefits. Job Criteria: Must be a certified SAP Consultant. Must have 5+ years experience with SAP Implementations within their field of expertise. Must have been involved in at least 3 life cycle implementations. Arabic language essential. Public Sector experience desirable. International / Middle East experience essential. Summary: The business process and module expert will be the member of the support team and an interface between users and implementation team. He should have expert knowledge of certain processes/applications and uses it to support daily business operation and the effective performance of the business solution. |
RequirementsRequirements- Detailed functional knowledge of the management and monitoring of business processes - Knowledge of SAP support processes and escalation processes - Knowledge of design and implementation of business processes - Knowledge of the definition and rollout of standards and templates - Expertise and competence with regard to using SAP Solution Manager - Detailed functional knowledge of the managing and monitoring of applications - Detailed knowledge of application tests, test procedures, and test scenarios (new support packages, releases, functions, and adaptations) - Understanding of the definition and roll-out of standards and templates - Familiarity with change management for business processes, including implementing, testing, and verifying change requests |
