The Role


My Client, one of the big 4 management consulting company's is recruiting for a SAP HCM consultant. As a SAP Human Capital Management Consultant, you will deliver innovative business consulting, business process design, systems integration, and application design and management.

The Role:
1. A solid business background in your field, hands-on experience in consulting, and core SAP implementation experience in the area of SAP HCM.
2. Working in this area of our business you will be instrumental in helping us to continue to be recognized as the premiere SAP implementer in KSA.
3. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation and support of application packaged solutions.
4. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environments in order to achieve client expected business results.
5. Candidates may serve as team members or team leads and be able to work independently on client sites. We are looking for consultants that can build credibility and trust.

General Skills & Experience
1. Around 2-5 years of SAP HCM implementation experience.
2. Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP HR required, at least 2 years in a lead capacity
3. Strong Human Resources and Payroll experience from a business perspective.
4. Must have strong business process and analytical background skills and a strong consulting background
5. University Degree.
6. Saudi Nationals Preferred
