The RoleThe RoleI am looking for SAP HCM Functional Consultants to be based in Qatar with experience in any of the following: SAP HCM PCP EHS, SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM ESS/MSS. Responsibilities: • Designs, specifies, tests, and implements changes to the business processes • Verifies and implements recommendations in service reports in cooperation with the technology team • Monitors, analyzes, tunes, and optimizes business processes and interfaces in close cooperation with the technology team • Makes sure that integration with other applications works, both in conceptual design and implementation phases of the projects |
RequirementsRequirementsRequirements: 1. Must be a certified SAP Consultant. 2. Must have 5+ years experience with SAP Implementations within their particular field of expertise. 3. Must have been involved in at least 3 life cycle implementations. 4. Arabic language A MUST. 5. Public Sector experience desirable. International / Middle East experience essential. Other Requirements: • Detailed functional knowledge of the management and monitoring of business processes • Knowledge of SAP support processes and escalation processes • Knowledge of the definition and rollout of standards and templates • Detailed knowledge of application tests, test procedures, and test scenarios (new support packages, releases, functions, and adaptations) • Familiarity with change management for business processes, including implementing, testing, and verifying change requests |
