Job description / Role
1. Human Capital Management functional consultant mainly in the HCM Talent Management and service delivery modules.
2. Minimum of 7 years SAP Talent Management experience or working in at least 5 full life cycle implementations.
3. Solid business process understanding and strong hands-on design and configuration experience in:-
a. Performance Management & Appraisals (Objectives Setting & Appraisal)
b. SAP Learning Solution (LSO)
c. Personnel Development, Career & Succession Planning
d. E-Recruitment (highly desirable)
e. Compensation Management (highly desirable)
Requirements
Strong experience in Employee Self Service, Management Self Service and Portal Applications
Experience with Nakisa (TVSN) is an advantage
Hands-on design and configuration experience in SAP core HR modules is an advantage:
a. Organizational Management
b. Personnel Administration
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Educated to degree level in an IT discipline
