Job description / Role
- Integrator Bridge between business and technology
- One touch point of contact between business and implementation partner
- Convince and persuade both business and implementation partner to reach amicable solution in mapping the existing business process
- Optimise the business process, practises, standards.
- Supervise and ensure that the best practises of business processes are incorporated
- Requirement Gathering
- Solution designing
- Gap Analysis
- Co-ordinate Pre and Post Go Live activities
- Evaluates the demands in discussing with business representatives.
- Ensure the best solution is given to a business scenario
- Use Business scenario and transform into logical and technical viability
- Drive real time business process innovation by providing rich combination of industry business process and service content from a proven business process platform.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Post Graduate.
• Certification in SAP HCM
Experience:
• 3 or more years in SAP
• 7 or more years in HR Domain
Knowledge/Skills/Languages:
• SAP expertise – Implementation / Production Support / Roll outs
• Good Communication skills
• Presentation Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Experience of working on business transformation projects enabled by SAP.
• Sound Domain knowledge and Business Process Understandings.
• Minimum 3 SAP project End to End lifecycles.
• Support projects.
• SAP Certification completion
