The RoleThe RoleTAAHEED are assisting a leading multinational entity in their search for a SAP HR Officer, this is an amazing role working for a world leading brand and organisation. Due to company expansion they are seeking a SAP HR Officer to report to the HR Director who is based in Australia with direct, local support from the HR Manager who is based in the Dubai office. The role will be a regional one covering Australia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa covering 800 employees. As their SAP system is bespoke you will be trained in their head office in Europe for two weeks with all expenses covered and will have the opportunity to travel to Australia, Asia and South Africa to run out the new SAP system locally. The role will involve heavy HR reporting, pulling off detailed reports, data sharing and data collating, presenting to the HR Director and regional HR Managers. The role will also involve payroll although payroll is handled and processed by finance. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo be successful in this role you must be a graduate, either with a degree gained in finance, IT or HR with 2 -5 years HR experience within HRIS. You must possesses strong English communication skills as you will be speaking and producing reports daily in English presenting to managers across the MENA and Asia Pacific region. The main requirement from the client is for someone who is junior to mid-career in HR (with 2 – 5 years’ experience) who is full of passion and who is eager to learn. Applicants must have a strong, loyal grounding in HRIS ideally SAP but would look at someone who may not have worked with SAP but is strong with Oracle or PeopleSoft as long as applicants can pick things up easily and have the ability and desire to learn. |
