SAP HR Success Factors Consultant - Dubai

An opportunity has arisen in this prestigious organization based in Dubai for a Success factors Consultant to support the business in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP HR, Success Factors, Payroll modules. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Requirements

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP HR, Success Factors, Payroll modules to enhance the business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
Design, configuration and testing of core HR, Success Factors, Payroll modules
Experience with report writer and report painter
Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules
Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, training and instruction on SAP products to clients.
Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
