SAP IT Manager

Job description / Role

The SAP IT Manager will oversee the the overall IT Function and responsibilities will include the full range of information systems including SAP ERP. This position reports to the Finance Director.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the enhancement and improvement of SAP for the organisation.
- Over all responsibility for all hardware, networking and software applications.
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture and disaster recovery.
- Develop standard operating procedures and best practices and ensure licensing arrangements are properly established.
- Negotiate external vendor and customer service level agreements where necessary.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree
- SAP hands on knowledge as consultant for at least 7 years with at least two modules (preferably manufacturing and sales modules)
- Actively involved in at least 3 successful SAP implementations
- Project management experience
- SAP Certified
- SAP experience in manufacturing / FMCG industries
- Fluent in Arabic & English
