Job description / Role
My client is looking for an Arabic Speaking SAP MM Functional Consultant to join their team in Dubai, to implement and configure the SAP material and inventory management module within the ERP portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
• Gather, understand and analyze customer's requirements.
• Design solutions based on the requirements analysis.
• Configure the solutions according to the defined scope.
• To prepare and perform unit and integration tests for the solutions.
• To provide support services to our clients including requests for information and resolving bugs.
• To provide on-site support when required.
• To provide end-users trainings.
Requirements
Experience Required:
• 10+ years of total work experience out of which at least 6-8 years in SAP MM.
• Completed at least 4 full life cycle implementations
• At least 5 years of experience in the Purchasing areas: Demand & Source Determination, Procurement, Invoice Verification, Contract Management, Vendor Evaluation
• At least 5 years of experience in the Inventory Management areas: Goods Receipt/ Issue, Material Valuation, Batch and Warehouse Management, Reservations
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
• Broad knowledge of available commercial inventory management systems.
• Experience in training users in system operation
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Understands the current business situation/ flaws and recommend improvements/ corrective actions and modifications to existing policy
Interested candidates should be willing to travel to Iraq (25%)
