Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Perform quarterly SAS ABM Model Runs
• Implement enhancements based on functional requirements
• Maintain SAS ABM Costing System
• Enhance and optimize existing and future interface• Administering a SAS9 environment
• Develop new reports and enahnce existing report

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
• Degree level qualification, in an IT related discipline
• 5 or more years in SAS modeling
• Five years of experience in SAS software, including one year of supervisory experience or three years experience coordinating and /or supervising technical projects within the technology industry
• Experience and knowledge with many of the following products or technologies:
o SAS Activity Based Managment
o OLAP technology
o SAS Management Console
o Information Map Studio
o Data Integration Studio
o Web Report Studio
o Information Delivery Portal
o Stored Processes
o Installation and Configuration

• Experience with SAS, gathering requirements, designing, building, and implementing Business Intelligence applications
• Proficient in SAS Modeling, data warehousing and data integration
• Proficient in ETL Design and development incl. Query optimization, performance tuning, ETL process automation and scheduling
• Strong knowledge in SQL coding
• Proficient in SAS prgramming and coding
Essential experience / Knowledge:
• Working knowledge of application servers such as BEA Weblogic and/or Apache Tomcat
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, Db2, MSSQL Server etc
• Working on relational databases, decision support and OLAP
• Integration with other applications and platforms
• Generate reports in different formats (HTML, PDF, RTF..) according to the business specifications
• Extensive use of PROC SQL to perform queries, join tables
• Conducted analysis and generated tables, listings and graphs using SAS PROC REPORT to generate the outputs.
• Excellent written and oral communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with users with various technical backgrounds.
Other Requirements and / or Specified Certificates / Skills:
• Achieves goals by understanding input, process and output of systems.
• Demonstrated business knowledge of Cost Accounting theory and practice in Telecommunication Industry
• Ability to think conceptually without guidelines or instructions
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Achieves goals by understanding input, process and output of systems
• Actively contribute to achieve the departmental objectives
