FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are looking to identify a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) Manager to joing our FAMCO operations in Dubai. The selected candidate will establish, communicate, monitor and action all aspects of FAMCO's business operations relating to Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards and requirements in order to support FAMCO's vision and mission statements. The deliverables for this role are the following; * Health & Safety - implementation, communication and monitoring of Health & Safety standards across all FAMCO businesses. Awareness of local legal requirements and Safe Working Practices for all products.* Environmental Standards - implementation, communication and monitoring of Environmental standards across all FAMCO businesses. Awareness of local legal requirements.* Quality Standards - recommendation, implementation, communication and monitoring of Quality standards across all FAMCO businesses. * Responsibility for ISO accreditation through external agency. Leadership of internal audit team. Close cooperation with Divisional Heads relating to ISO content and targets.* Customer satisfaction - establish routine internal measures for continuous CSI measurement at a departmental level. Liaise with external agency to ensure periodic FAMCO CSI survey is accurate, relevant and communicated with recommendations and followed-up. Responsibility for Customer Complaint procedure.* Staff Welfare - working together with internal and external agencies, measure and monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvements as required within scope of responsibility.

The selected candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and attributes; * A Diploma or degree in relevant field and accreditation from recognised organisation (Eg NEBOSH) with knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001/14001, OHSAS ISO 18001).* AÂ minimum of 5 years in similar position, preferably within Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Machinery/industrial Equipment dealer environment with responsibility for Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.* Self-motivated* Customer & Employee focus
