SHS - Site Supervisor (3) - Automotive FAMCO - Jeddah - Riyadh - Dammam KSA

Provide full on site project management for all projects, ensuring installations are completed to specification, on time amd within budget.

Prepare detailed labour costing for major projects as required ensuring all site labour and equipment is accounted

* Ensure all components of project management are achieved for each project, including:
- Installation quality to specification
- Installation schedule
- Installation budgeted costing
* Ensure without doubt that all project sites are managed within correct safety standards.
* Maintain 100% safety record on all sites.
* Source and Liaise with local suppliers for relevant labour associated equipment supply.
* Liaise with sales, design and finance, ensuring sourcing is within budget and meets quality and safety standards.
* Coordinate with other sub-contractors as required.
* Provide regular reporting to both client and management to ensure project status is clear to all involved.
* Attend related project site meetings, ensuring correct representation of company work

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Preferably a Trade or Degree qualification in an engineering discipline.
Technical interpretation of drawings and client requirements.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at various within government and private sectors. Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects.

Minimum Experience:
Successful candidates generally have 3-5 years technical installation experience, preferably from within the materials handling industry.

Job-Specific Skills:
Excellent communication, planning and organisation. Strong analytical skills, customer relationship skills including the ability to present and discuss at a face level. Problem solving and team building skills. 
Position requires a valid driving license. Must be PC literate.
English language is essential, spoken Arabic an advantage.
