SIte Engineer

Job description / Role

Objective:
To carry out all construction and quality assurance related activities to get the end product to be built as per the design drawing and to meet the desire and satisfaction of client and project owner.

Main responsibilities :
To do all the site inspections as per approved drawings.
-To do the quality control inspection
-Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
-Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site
-Preparing reports as required
-Inspect & supervise all site related activities

Reporting to : Resident Engineer , General Manager
Other interactions : Client Representative, Contractors etc
Number required : 1
Duration : full time
Desired start date : Immediate
Probation : 6 months
Working hours : as per Egypt law
Travel requirements : none
Gross monthly base salary : 4000 -5000 L.E

Requirements

University qualifications : B.Sc Civil / Architectural Engineering
Previous experience : 3-6 years experience
Project PRO, Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Office
Other Skills : Good Knowledge about site construction activities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Resourceful team player.
Good management abilities.
Ideal Age Range : 26-32 years
Gender Preference : Male
Nationality Preference: Arabs
Language Skills : English & Arabic must
Current Residence : Anywhere
