Employment: Full Time

SME/SMB Sales Manager required for a leading ICT solutions company to join a growing team within one of its key divisions that services SME/SMB and MRD markets. You will be tasked with driving this sector focused business development, strategy and integrating processes that meet the business needs and company objectives. You will successfully account manage, up sell, create and develop key account business plans as well as devise technical solutions that can be sold to customers.

Key responsibilities:
- Account manage key customer accounts within Small Medium Enterprises/Businesses (SME/SMB), Construction, Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution (MRD)
- Work closely with the technical teams to devise complex technical solutions as per client expectations and requirement.
- In charge of high-level account management as a core customer - sales & marketing of new business - interface with various sector customers at c-level.
- Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, evaluation, plans, and follow through
- Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market
- Drive strategy and growth initiatives within the key verticals
- Work with other sales leaders to identify and develop opportunities and drive growth

Requirements

- 6+ years of sales experience with a Degree or Masters (or equivalent) qualification
- Strong relationships selling ICT (Networking, Infrastructure & E-Solutions) into the SME, SMB, MRD type sectors. (Must) - Systems Integration exp also preferred.
- Able to demonstrate a successful track record, gained in a sales/account manager position within the GCC region, negotiating and closing high value deal
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering is preferred (master's preferred)
- Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- Strong coordination and influencing skills
- Able to effectively lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
- Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools (CMS, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must be an Arabic speaker.
