Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibility:
- Prepare Market analysis and development Appraisals
- Ongoing monitoring of development
- Implement the sales strategy which will support the continued international growth of the Company and manage these activities to increase market share
- Work in Marketing, to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for new projects
- Evaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile
- Effectively represent the company at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research
- Develop and negotiate contracts with potential Clients in order to conclude a successful partnership
- Maximize new sales revenue and optimize profitability by analyzing statistics and monitoring performance

Requirements

- strong understanding of SPA markets, customer needs and competition
- sales and retail experience within the SPA and beauty industry
- deep SPA operations knowledge
- experience in SPA & wellness/beauty/cosmetic products and services;
- at least 5 years of work experience.
- proven track record of identifying and presenting new business opportunities.
- demonstrated ability to deliver sales, profit and market share goals from a national perspective
- strong and effective negotiation, communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels
- knowledge of MS Office

Premedion has contributed more than several years of Spa Consultancy and Management experience to the spa, fitness, health care and life style industry, working with both German and International Hotel groups and resorts as well as on stand-alone projects.

In 2010, Premedion opened a new office in Doha, Qatar. The new office covers and operates for the entire market segment along Middle East, Africa and Asia.
