•Prepare Market analysis and development Appraisals
•Ongoing monitoring of development
•Implement the sales strategy which will support the continued international growth of the Company and manage these activities to increase market share
•Work in Marketing, to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for new projects
•Evaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile
•Effectively represent the company at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research
•Develop and negotiate contracts with potential Clients in order to conclude a successful partnership
•Maximize new sales revenue and optimize profitability by analyzing statistics and monitoring performance

•sales and retail experience within the SPA and beauty industry
•deep SPA operations knowledge
•experience in SPA & wellness/beauty/cosmetic products and services;
•at least 5 years of work experience.

•knowledge of MS Office
