Job description / Role
***Candidates with Transferable Iqama Only
Following will be the day to day activities:
1. Managing Support Tickets for all customers
2. Managing daily reports
3. Performing Project testing / documenting tasks
4. Installing new applications on the terminals
5. Preparing new reports
6. Performing day to day reconciliation between Customer ERP and INGEVOUCHER Sales
Requirements
T-SQL Query writing , should possess excellent Query writing skills for Report purposes
- Must be able to work with tables, temp databases etc.
- Must be able to translate raw data into a meaningful report.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Servers 2008 or above , Must know the architecture and features etc.
- Must have worked with Reporting Tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services.
- C#/ASP.Net , must have good least working knowledge , not an ASP.Net developer but an all-rounder e.g. could understand and figure out changes in existing ASP.Net Portal and add new Pages
- Java Script, working knowledge
- Knows software testing/validation/verification methods.
- Should have ERP accounting fundamentals.
- Should possess basic Network/Servers/Hardware infrastructure knowledge.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks at same time.
- Should be able to meet tight deadlines
- Should be able to maintain good relationship with Euronet as well their customer.
- Should be able to understand and gather requirements for new projects.
- Should be able to use multiple applications and systems.
- Should be flexible to work on different tasks.
- Working knowledge of Arabic Language.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Working knowledge of French can be a plus.
