Job description / Role
ABOUT CLIENT:
One of the world's leading Gas industry in Middle East.
JOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The primary role of the SRCM (Streamlined Reliability Centered Maintenance)Specialist is to assist SRCM vendors during SRCM studies; review plans /program schedule, Transfer the technical knowledge, and conduct SRCM plant teams study work shop.
1. Guide and liaise with Maintenance Departments Discipline Teams /Heads for SRCM criticality Matrix, FMEA Study result for systems for effective job plans.
2. Effectively coordinate with vendors for implementation of SRCM projects.
3. Liaises with SAP Department to ensure SAP entry accomplishment for Job plans linked with frequency, MTBF & MTR.
4. Deal with Mechanical /Electrical/Instrument engineers for the best scheduled output and achieve timely progress of High /medium and Low critical systems /equipment.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Completion of Technical Diploma (12 years) or equivalent.
Extensive specialist experience (minimum 15 years of RCM implementation and Proven Reliability enhancement towards Plant asset and systems. Out of which 10 years must be in Oil & Gas / Petrochemicals /Refinery complex.
Certification on SRCM participation/ Training desirable.
Exposure to meridian RCMO software is desirable.
