Job description / Role
Planning and Business Development
- To develop strategic marketing and business development plan for corporate team (s) aligned to Senior Management strategy / guidelines for enhancement of business and profitability.
Credit Risk Management
- To advise corporate relationship team (s) for close monitoring of risk assets in line with standard banking practices and bank's policy to ensure good health of the entire credit portfolio.
Leadership
- Provide strategic and operational guidance to corporate team (s) to achieve business goals and sustainable credit risk portfolio monitoring and management. Ensure the corporate team (s) develops a cross selling and mutual support culture and maintain a high standard of customers services.
Administration and Controls
- To supervise implementation on bank's policy / procedures and ensure development of skills and knowledge of staff through fulfillment of their training needs. To propose strategic moves to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce from a recognized international educational institute.
- 10 years Corporate Banking experience including similar Leadership role.
- Knowledge and experience of banking operations and branch network processes.
- Strong sales / Relationship Management track record.
- Good PC skills, MS Office products.
- Excellent communication in English - verbal and written.
