Safety Engineer / Coordinator

Job description / Role

Kentz currently has a requirement for a Safety Engineer / Coordinator, based in Basra on a 4 and 4 rotation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure implementation / compliance with SHE procedures, plans, incentive programmes and regulatory requirements.
- Incident analysis and reporting.
- HAZOPS.
- Safety Training Programs.

Requirements

- Engineering Degree or Equivalent
- 5 years experience in Oil and Gas
- 5 years experience in a similar position
- Familiar with SHE codes, standards, procedures and regulations
