The RoleThe Role We are looking for a Safety Engineer, to strengthen our HSE team for our Rail project in Saudi Arabia. Safety Engineer carries out responsible, varied assignments requiring general knowledge of HSE engineering. Problems solved using a combination of standard procedures or modifications thereof. More complex work projects will be referred to more senior authorities for guidance. Majority of work is focused on sampling, analyzing and monitoring. The incumbent is the Company resource on issues relating to safety engineering, environment protection, loss prevention, risk assessment, fire protection, road safety, explosion analysis and consequence modeling. Identify and assess potential hazards, accidents, and emergency situations associated with operations. Participate, develop and maintains the HSE policy which establishes the Companys key objectives in the field of Environment, Health and Safety performance. Monitor safety/environment standards and compliance with regulations. |
RequirementsRequirements A university degree in an engineering or equivalent discipline with minimum 10 years experience in construction with minimum 5 years in Railways / Linear infrastructure projects. Construction experience in Rail, bridges and Linear infrastructure Experience. Strong personality and leadership. Fluent in English. KSA experience is a definite advantage |
