The RoleThe RoleTo assist in carrying out engineering design reviews of EHSMS for new plants and plant modifications. Participate in Risk management studies for new plant design, modification design of existing plant, and other activities from EHS point of view. Assist in Coordinating various activities for implementation of CHEMANOL EHSMS. Assist in Developing, reviewing, implementing and updating EHS management systems and carry out studies / audits. Assist in performing contractor's EHS evaluation for Projects and Maintenance Jobs. Assist in Carrying out EHS incident investigation. Assist in Evaluating, developing and conducting EHS training & awareness program for all employees and related contractors to minimize EHS incidents. Assist to direct the necessary actions that will prevent or reduce personal injury and property damage. Support Providing a professional level of knowledge and experience to the task of injury prevention and further has the ability to provide advanced concept training to other EHS staff and plant personnel. |
RequirementsRequirementsEngineering Degree in Chemical / Mechanical/Safety / Environment / occupational Health. •Courses related to English language •Understand the OSHA basic requirements. Support compliance to EHS Local/International Standards requirements Assist in providing effective support to the company for Risk management studies Support development of and implementation of effective incident reporting, Recording, Analysis system Support Development & Support implementation & participate in Award & recognition programs Assist in development & implementation of EHS audit programs Support development & implementation of effective EHS training, qualification & awareness program Member of EHS Committees/ representation in external events Budget, KPIs & Company business Support Compliance and development of reports for company and outside agencies |
