Job description / Role
CDM Smith now requires a talented Safety Inspector (Tunneling) for a major Water Drainage Tunnel project based in Doha, Qatar. Primary responsibility will be review of the design provided by Tunnel Contractor's design consultant and construction management services for the construction of: Rock tunnel by TBM 21 shafts Several Micro-Tunnel and open trench sewer lines.
Requirements
Applicants MUST HAVE Tunneling and TBM experience.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Health/Environmental from a recognized institute
Must have a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the construction of large diameter tunneling constructed by TBM, deep shaft construction and drainage networks projects. Must have good communications skills.
