Job description / Role
Responsible for the monitoring of the contractor's work practices and procedures both on the construction site as well as the site offices, stores, labour camps, etc and also the surrounding public areas which may be effected by the project.
Responsible for training all employees in labour camps
Conducts reviews of potential risks on projects (HS&E, contracting, and insurance) and identifies potential mitigation measures.
Requirements
- Requires a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and reporting procedures, as well as good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth understanding of safety management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge in QCS 2010 (Qatar Construction Specification 2010)
- Graduate in Engineering with over 5 years of experience which 3 years are in Qatar
- Experience in Civil Engineering
