Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Planning and forecasting annual sales budget and category wise sales for the territory concerned.
- Monitoring and following up monthly sales achievement v/s target on weekly basis in order to achieve sales budgets.
- Pro-actively identify potential crises and leads the development of contingency plans.
- Providing customer service by coordinating within the department to deliver goods on time, submit invoices, submit quotations and regularly follow-up and send enquiries to Principals.
- Coordinating with credit department and customers for collection of outstanding payments.
- Developing & reporting on key metrics about operation and market demand and customer complaints.
- Leading team meetings to identify daily, weekly and monthly priorities and highlighting areas of improvements & enhancement.
- Planning and implementing various strategies/incentive schemes to maximize sales.
- Regularly collecting market information, preparing reports on fitment surveys and original equipment fitments and providing feedback to the Management.
- Maintaining customer cards carrying information about their fleet details, tyre sizes fitted, purchase potential and generating monthly orders to be placed with principals.
- Strong track records in delivering results and holding customers goodwill.
- Handling customer complaints and consolidating said data to forward to the Principals.
- Aggressively visit customers and channel partners to develop business.
- Improve the workshop facility to provide better customer service by suggesting to the Management additional features like Nitrogen, Inflation, etc.
- Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.

Requirements

- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience with premium brands years direct tire related sales experience (Indian tyre experience is an advantage - MRF/Michelin/Apollo/CEAT/JK/KORMORAN/BFG/TBR/ACHILLES/APOLLO)
- Degree from a recognized Institute
- Excellent communication skills (working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage)
- Good appearance, pleasant personality, highly motivated.
- Good negotiator, sales driven.
- Knowledge of the local market
- Transferable visa.
- Has valid Kuwait driver's license.
