Job description / Role
Objective: New business development within the Hospitality Sector in the UAE region.
Achieving agreed Annual Sales, Business Targets & Objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Secure new and profitable business in line with agreed minimum net margins.
Prospecting & pursuing business opportunities leading to successful Closing of Sales.
To report monthly in the prescribed manner on all new and all current business.
To provide input into all budget discussions for the Middle East business.
Reporting to: Regional Manager: MENA
Other interactions: Customer Service Team
Duration: Permanent Position
Desired start date: Oct - 2014
Probation: Six (6) Months
Working hours: Sun- Thursday 9 AM - 6 PM
Travel requirements: Within UAE
Requirements
Nature and length of previous experience: Min of 2 years experience.
Preferably with a Cosmetics & Luxury goods Co. or Hospitality Supplier Co.
Specialist knowledge: Sales & Marketing, Account Management
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling, Communicator, Negotiator, Taking initiatives, Pleasant Personality.
Age Range: 20 -35
Language Fluency: Excellent Communication Skill in English. Other regional languages are desirable.
