Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role is responsible to develop the sales of SAIA BURGESS CONTROLS (SBC) across the Middle East region and develop appropriate Channels (SIs). Work with Channel partners, specifiers, end users, government agencies to develop the SBC business and achieve the annual revenue. The focus in the Middle East will be on Infrastructure (Metro & railways), Water & Waste Water, Tunnels Automation, District Cooling Plants etc

The work will also revolve around co-coordinating with other ECC Brands to enlist support on specific Projects and also develop specifications and Channels.

Responsibilities:
- Managing and develop the brand SAIA BURGESS CONTROLS.
- Responsible for the Sales revenue across the Middle East region and develop appropriate Channels (SIs).
- Manage partners / system integrator in terms of Sales, training and development. Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminar, focus meeting and demand generation activities directly and through system integrators
- Liaise with internal stakeholders of ECC
- Develop and maintain relationships with allocated partners and potential customers accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets.
- Follow up undergoing and upcoming projects with contractors and ensure that allocated partners bid to these projects and follow up thereafter to secure orders to Honeywell ECC products and systems.
- Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting MEP consultants to market and specify Honeywell ECC products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities in line with department targets.
- Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets
- Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information.
- Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit weekly, monthly and as requested Business Reports to management, ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Controls & Instrumentation from well reputed University
- Minimum 10- 12years Plus experience in managing PLCs business in Industrial & Infrastructure Projects particularly Metro-Railways
- Strong technology and commercial background
- Worked with a major MNC or a top international system integrators in programmable Logic Controllers business.
- Good knowledge of HVAC controls , Building Management Systems, valves
- Good exposure to regions contractors and consultants.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of computer applications, MS or related.
- The ability to work on a team of highly motivated individuals
- Creative, high-energy, self-directed, team-oriented individual
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including skills in developing and delivering presentations)
- Ability to handle complex assignments requiring independent action and decision making
- Arabic language advantageous
