Employment: Full Time

Sales Account Manager is required by the leading IT solutions provider (SI) in the region to focus on major accounts and sell the IT solutions, based in Dubai, UAE.

Purpose of the Role

•You will be able to demonstrate that you can manage and develop relationships with existing client to maximize the sales of the broad portfolio of the clients' services and solutions.
•There is a requirement to develop existing major clients. The clients focus solutions include Data Centre, Unified Communications, Mobility, Switching and Routing and Network Security, Enterprise solutions and services-All of these are supported by very successful implementation and 24/7 managed services.
•The ability to forge deep and broad relationships is essential. The client is focused on providing business impacting solutions that assist in their client's business transformation objectives.
•Key skills required are in Service Provider and Enterprise with particular emphasis on delivering large complex solutions and managed service contracts.
•A hunger to build win-win relationships that deliver exceptional performance and enhance the positive image of the client in the marketplace will make you stand out from the crowd.
•Implement the sales strategy to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded Identify, develop.
•Maintain key relationships with clients.
Maintain a high-profile client presence in the market place through the creation of win-win situations with customers that turn a sales relationship into a long-term commercial partnership.
•Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives

Requirements

Key skills
•Minimum 3-5 years' experience selling IT Solutions.
•You must have at least 3-5 years of selling a portfolio of selling Networking, Unified communications, Security, Enterprise Solutions/ Vendor products" (e.g. Cisco, Avaya, NetApp, VMWare, EMC, Microsoft, IBM) and a detailed understanding of their respective channel Or selling services
•Demonstrable track record of successful sales in the IT industry.
•Strong experience of selling at 'C' Level
•Experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management
•Strong relationship building skills
•Ability to network within a customer organisation to identify all key influencers and decision makers
