Job description / Role
A managed hosting service providers in Dubai is urgently in need of Sales Account Manager who will conduct sales activities in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain.
He is responsible;
* To ensure that existing clients and subscribers renew and grow the existing Services with the company by taking all proactive steps & initiatives to ensure reasonable satisfaction.
* To follow & participate in all pre-sales activities including client interfacing activities, COSA & proposal preparation and to adhere to Company sales cycle and selling methodology.
* To Initiate & coordinate with the Support Team for the provisioning of Proof-of-Concept or dem account.
* To initiate & adhere to the Service provisioning cycle & activities.
* To initiate post-Sales activities including the preparation of Service agreement and client retention activities.
* To take ownership and responsibility for “special projects” that maybe assigned by the BUM or sales manager.
Requirements
The position is open for Male candidate only with the below skillsets and experience;
* Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science & IT/Information Systems related fields.
* With 3 to 6 years successful Direct Selling & Account Management experience in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain in the SMB sector selling solutions.
* Excellent English written & oral skills. Arabic is an added advantage but not required.
