The RoleThe RoleObjective: To market a 1st-class value-added healthcare service package Main Responsibilities: Generate potential and qualified sales opportunities by calling on the local KSA healthcare providers/hospitals and specialized physicians.-Pursue marketing leads as directed by the company’s Business Development Director. Maintain a targeted clients' list of specialist physicians and leading healthcare providers/hospitals to call on and follow-up with for referrals. Reporting to: Business Development Director Subordinates: None Other interactions: President and CEO Number required: 3 Duration: 2-year contract, renewable Desired start date: Immediately Probation: 1 Month Working hours: Saturday-Wednesday 8:00 am – 12 pm and 1pm – 6pm Travel requirements: Within KSA Monthly base salary: SAR 12,000-15,000 Commission / Bonus: Generous, based on clearly-defined performance benchmarks Other Benefits: Housing, transportation, and health allowances |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business Administration Other certifications: Proven Sales Methodologies i.e. Targeted Accounts' Selling is a plus Previous experience: 3-5 years experience in sales, marketing, and business development in KSA. Preference is for candidates with experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare/hospitals, medical equipment & supplies, and medical insurance industries. Specialist knowledge: Well demonstrated sales track-record, achievements, and sales accounts' building capabilities. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Other Skills: Excellent presentation skills including sales approach, good solid salesmanship, ability to develop & maintain key relations with target clients independently, strong interpersonal skills.
