Employment: Full Time

Al-Futtaim Motors are the sole distributors for Toyota, Lexus and Hino brands in the UAE. Since the company's inception in 1955 it holds the pre-eminent position of being the largest distributor of automotive products and services in the UAE. We also hold the distinction of being one of the largest private conglomerates in the gulf region.

Al Futtaim Motors enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota and Lexus, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tires, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administration to work for AF Motors in Dubai. The successful candidate is responsible for the following:

* Managing all of the division's administrative filing

* Supplier payments

* Follow ups with finance department

* Quotation requests from local vendors

* Purchase requisition creation

* System vendor creation

* Logistics payments

* Daily banking

* Petty cash handling

* Daily cash invoicing

* Handling of all telephone calls received

Requirements

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

* Minimum secondary level of education, Degree holder would be preferable
* 3-5 years previous secretarial/administration experience
* Experience within a large multi-cultured organization - preferably within Automotive industry
* Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
* Previous experience providing administration support for a full team
* High computer literacy - must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* High attention to detail
* Excellent organisational skills
* Discretion with confidential information
