Sales Admin Assistant (Temporary)

Job description / Role

To assist the sales team in corres related documentation, follow up and timely payment reimbursement to the distributors. Support the Business Head in various aspects of sales administration.

Key Objectives:
As member of the Appliances team, the main role is to prepare the sales deduction procedures, co-ordinate with sales team about sales promotions across GCC, raise corres in time, communicate to customers the relevant document reference to implement promotions in the market, follow up on activity details in time to initiate the reimbursement process and reduce lead time of payment.

Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with PMs and organize sales deduction procedures
- Input Corres for all the activities once the same is approved
- Coordinate with sales team to monitor the activity implementation
- Close coordination with the marketing/sales team to receive the necessary documents after the activity
- Process the documents and claim the reimbursement from CM
- Ensure timely payment to the customers

Requirements

- Any Nationality
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 2-3 years of Admin / SCM experience preferably in Consumer Electronics products and /or related industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong ability for communication and training
- Demonstrates a high level of organization and quality with multitasks efficiency & priority setting.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and studies.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, distributors, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or clients.

Valued but not required skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of the CE dynamics and technology
- Computer literate and Advanced user of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate marketing initiatives
- Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
- Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
