Sales Admin Assistant

Job description / Role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a smart and highly driven Sales Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including order processing, invoicing and dealing with client queries as needed
- Assisting in managing the companys presence in trade exhibitions
- Logistical support to the Sales team and clients, including scheduling appointments, booking flights, hotels, events and couriers
- Keeping client information up to date on company database
- General admin and support to the Sales team as needed, including typing and data entry

Requirements

- University degree, in any subject
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a Sales department environment.
- Fluency in English
- Interested in admin and customer service
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manners
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
