Employment: Full Time

The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the sales function within the Petrochemicals industry. My client is looking to recruit a Sales Admin Coordinator.

The incumbent will need to perform administrative activities in line with the policy and procedures of the company to support performance of the Polymers Marketing & Sales and Supply Chain Departments.

Requirements

* Years of experience required 5 - 8 yrs.
* Bachelors degree is a MUST
* Registration & follow up of claims and facilities of claims settlement.
* Verification of sales order and creation of Deliveries
* Post goods issue and billing
* Verification of sales expense - service purchase orders.
* Inventory reconciliation and shipment confirmation from warehouses.
* Reporting.
* Familiar with SAP / ERP system.
