Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare quotations
- Handle all routine administrative and coordination tasks
- Coordinate with Brand managers and liaise with brand principals on products availability and customization.
- Prepare personalized presentations for sales purpose.
- Support VIP and Corporate department, in scheduling meetings, follow ups to meetings etc.

Requirements

Candidate should be fluent in Arabic and Ideally 1 to 3 years in a similar role in a retail background. Must be able to coordinate with high level managers and must be excellent in Microsoft power point & Excel.
