Job description / Role
Sales Administration Analyst – GCC
My client a leading, well respected Group of Companies with a presence in over 20 countries are currently in need of a Sales Administration Analyst to join to the FMCG - Foods business unit
The Sales Administration Analyst will provide admin & operations support to the sales team and also the GCC commercial team
One of the key responsibilities will be to coordinate & process monthly orders from distributors and ensure that orders are channeled correctly to the various sites
Another key aspect of the role will be to collate & track sales performance, along with relevant YTD sales & stock movement
You will be the single point of contact for handling customer/ consumer enquiries
Requirements
The successful candidate will need to have experience in a similar role, but must also match the following:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major or masters in Marketing or business related fields
- 3 years experience minimum in FOODs sector within FMCG
- Must have handled GCC markets inc KSA
- Experience of using ERP systems and total understanding
- Exposure to sales/commercial transactions
- Previous customer service experience
- Bilingual - Arabic & English
