Al-Futtaim Motors are the sole distributors for Toyota, Lexus and Hino brands in the UAE. Al Futtaim Motors enjoys undisputed leadership in the UAE in terms of the largest number of vehicles on the road. Besides Toyota and Lexus, we also hold exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Admin Assistant to work in the Hino team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for the following duties:

* Completing the process of invoicing once the sales executive has closed the deal with the customer.
* Control and management of the Body fabrication process from deal acceptance to final completion.
* Management of all vehicle movements and coordination of delivery process.
* Invoicing of units including final check on payment, delivery status, finance approval, customer requirements and company policy.
* Compiling and distributing sales department reporting to branch management.
* Follow-up and reporting on outstanding revenue collection.
* Support function to Sales Manager.

Requirements

You will have the following experience to be considered for the role:

* At least 18 months experience within Sales Administration/Sales Support
* Strong customer focus on customer and sales team support.
* Knowledge of, or previous experience within the Automotive or Service industry would be hugely beneficial
* Good understanding of Sales processes
* Microsoft Office functionality is essential to be able to generate reports
* Good knowledge of Excel and previous experience with an ERP
*  Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
* Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
* Arabic language skills preferred
