The client the largest glass bottle manufacturer in West Africa is looking to hire a Sales Administration Manager for their ICM (Ice-Cold Merchandising) Beverage coolers
Their main job purpose will be:
To plan, co-ordinate & control the ICMs pre-sales processes and forecasting procedure, so as to ensure the fulfillment of company plans, market needs and the satisfaction of the final customer (from ordering until invoice payment). Oversee all aspects of administration for the sales process.
Contribute to the fulfillment of customer needs by ensuring the prompt and smooth implementation of the sales administration procedures.
Cooperate with the sales force on a monthly basis to provide the forecast to the production's hubs, in order to ensure sufficient production capacity.
Ensure the minimization of the storage period for the products at company facilities so as to contribute to the reduction of storage cost.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years working experience in sales administration preferably in a B2B multinational company
Minimum 2 years managing sales administration
Sales know-how with emphasis in customer delight is a prerequisite
Sales administration experience is crucial
Experience in accounting and credit control preferred
Holding a Business Degree in either Business, Finance and/or Logistics preferred
Proficient user of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Projects
Experience in ERP programs important
Excellent command of the English language
