The RoleThe RoleWe are currently seeking a Sales Administrator for 3 - 6 months for order management of pre-defined portfolio from order intake till shipment dispatch. Purchase order management with internal suppliers in case of back-to-back orders Offer full support to Customer Support Center (CSC) / customers regarding deliveries & information services. * Ensure customer orders are booked & acknowledged within 2 working days. * Filter anomalies in the orders and finalize it with CSC/sales/marketing team at the booking stage. * Follow up of the deliveries & ensuring that deliveries are effected within commercial lead time/ commitment. * Managing & handling the contractual documents required for the specific customer/country: i.e., order acknowledgment, invoice, freight invoice, packing list, delivery note/advise, certificate of origin, legalisation, inspection, etc * Issuing a weekly order status by customer and follow up related corrective actions. * Handle all administrative aspects with transport department for shipping. * Liase with finance department for new customer accounts, credit limits and payment security (L/C, advance payment etc) before invoicing. * Provide information/services required by CSC/customer within the scope. |
RequirementsRequirements* Minimum 4-5 years experience in order processing, supply chain and/or logistics field; * Good communication skills; * Target & Result Oriented; * Presentable, organised, accurate & dedicated * English is a must, Arabic and/or French as asset; * Good knowledge of ERP (Preferable with SAP); * Good knowledge of MS Office programs & Lotus Notes * University Graduate |
