Future Opportunity for Emirate Nationals Only - Sales Administrator | Al Futtaim Automotive - UAE

We are looking for a Sales Administrative to be based in Dubai who shall be responsible for all the administrative functions at the branch and provides the sales team with the support required to deliver a first class experience to our customers.

You will be responsible for the following duties:
- Efficiently complete vehicle invoicing via SAP IS Auto
- Accurately handles & produce reports via SAP IS Auto with regards to stocks, monthly invoices etc.
- Assist in organizing and managing a professional demonstrator fleet of vehicles
- Work in conjunction with sales team to provide consistently high level of customer satisfaction
- Complete general showroom administration duties including liaising with HR, STS and other internal partners
- Assist in Showroom Vehicle Display matrix & inventory management
- Assist in initiating and managing the process for new car registration and demonstrator de-registration
- Safe keeping and quality checks on each vehicle prior to handing over to the sales team
- Take reasonable care for own health & safety and also take care that his or her acts do not adversely affect the health & safety of others.
- Ensure quality of job to avoid errors/rework and take actions on customer concerns (internal/external) to improve operational ease.
- Comply with company QHSE rules and guidelines and SOPs and report all incidents to the supervisor
- Undertake safety awareness trainings as provided by the company
- Follow emergency & evacuation procedure of the company

Requirements

- At least 1 -2 years experience within Sales Administration or Sales Support & Coordination or Customer Service
- Previous experience within the automotive Sales or Service industry would be hugely beneficial
- Good understanding of IT systems would be advantageous
- Strong customer focus, Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach
- Strong English communication skills
- Good understanding of Sales processes
