Al-Futtaim Honda, part of the Automotive Division of Al-Futtaim Group, is the sole distributor for Honda vehicles, pre-owned cars, motorcycles, marine engines, power products and parts. Recognized as one of the largest independent Honda distribution companies in the world.

Al-Futtaim Honda is supported by a network of 10 modern showrooms and 11 aftersales facilities located across the UAE. The flagship Honda Dubai Festival City showroom was officially confirmed by Honda as the largest Honda showroom in the world.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to be based in Dubai. The main purpose of this role is to support the company in achieving the monthly and annual objectives through administrative support. This role is responsible in making sure that all important documents and logistic coordination is in proper order.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Efficient completion of vehicle invoicing of vehicles via SAP IS Auto.
- Accurate handling and production of reports via SAP IS Auto in regards to stocks, monthly invoices etc.
- Assist in organizing and managing a professional demonstrator fleet of vehicles.
- Work in conjunction with the Sales team to provide consistently high level of customer satisfaction and complete general showroom administrative duties including liaising with HR, STS and other internal partners.
- Assist in Showroom Vehicle Display matrix, inventory management, initiating and managing the process for new car registration and demonstrator de-registration.
- Safe keeping and quality checks on each vehicle prior to hand over to the sales team.
- Comply with company QHSE rules and guidelines and SOPs and report all incident to the supervisor.

Requirements

- At least 18 months experience within Sales Administration/ Sales Support/ Coordination
- Previous experience within the Sales or Service industry would be hugely beneficial
- Good understanding of Sales processes
- Good understanding of Microsoft packages is essential
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Strong customer focus
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written
