The Role


A major development company are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator who will be responsible for the execution of sales admin activities in his/her own specific domain. This includes help and coordination of his/her superior, he/she is expected to execute effective support to the manager and colleagues and possess strong background in property administration/regulations and leasing. He/she should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, highly organised, efficient, flexible and versatile team player. He/she should be motivated, dedicated and committed worker with ability to focus on solutions and remain calm under stress and pressure.
The candidate would be reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager. He/She should maintain an excellent working relationship with all colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Sales Administration. He/she is will be given responsibilities while operating, established and should adhere to Company, Ethics Policies, Procedures, Rules, and Regulations.
Main duties include -

1- Preparation of Sales Purchase Agreements.
2- Maintaining a detailed report of all outstanding payments.
3- Handling all Resale and Amalgamation of plots.
4- Sending correspondence to clients on pending payments.
5- Updating the Oracle system.
6- Meeting assisting customers/ high standard customer care service.
7- Identifying and sorting out issues in a timely manner.
8- Customer calls screening.
9- Liaising with Finance
10- Updating all data / through Web Plot and internal system.
11- Ability to understand payment schemes and account monitoring.
12- Planning ahead contracts and follow ups.

This position is for a team-oriented positive-minded individual with the ability to handle pressure and demonstrate flexibility in a highly competitive, important company within Dubai World. It demands good attention-to-detail, strong interpersonal managerial skills, and constant follow-up. Preferably multi-lingual and multi-cultural, he/she must be fully computer-literate (especially with PowerPoint and Excel), analytically-minded, and persuasive at presentations. Candidate should be able to communicate on an International front.
