Job description / Role
Due to increased activity in the region, a global pharmaceutical business is seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to assist the Manager of Business Development MENA region in servicing clients in the region.
The main focus of the role is to provide customer service to existing clients and assist with developing new business with the Director.
Key responsibilities include:
- Compile offers, draft agreements and statistics for the Manager and Director of Business Development Emerging Markets
- Collaborate with European Head Office to gain necessary support for pricing, agreements, status of development projects, registration status, patents etc.
- Coordinate with clients in the region providing exemplary customer service throughout the lifecycle
- Screen the local market and research activities in pricing, competition, regulatory changes etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years working experience in the region within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in business support.

- Ability to closely follow different projects and various clients
- Knowledge about the region, industry and market conditions
- Be able to work under pressure and within time constraints
- Strong communication skills to work closely with the European Head Office and deliver customer service to external clients
- Positive attitude and team work
- Strong attention to detail and organisation with an ability to plan and coordinate
Salary offered is between AED 11,000 - 14,000 plus benefits
