Charterhouse is working with a market leading vinyl floor manufacturer. With headquarters in the UK, this highly renowned organisation has recently restructured and as a result is looking to hire a Sales Administrator to work alongside the Sales Manager in their representative office in Dubai.
This is an autonomous position as the sole office based employee with administrative responsibilities for the company. You will be responsible for the running of the Dubai operation from an administration perspective. You will also be responsible for extensive reporting and tracking of weekly and monthly sales figures against targets.
As this position will see you working alone for 80% of your working day you will be self-motivated, dynamic and an excellent problem solver. This position will report to the Sales Manager and you will also receive backup from the UK office, however you will be expected to deal with all sales queries and on the ground issues yourself.
Requirements
Due to the level of responsibility involved in this position the successful candidate should have more than five years' experience in an administration focused position. You should have previously run a business from an administration perspective, ideally in the UAE. This organisation is a multinational but their on the ground presence in the UAE is small, therefore previous experience in a small but fast-paced office is essential.
