C. Wonder is a new and exciting brand that is being launched in Kuwait in 360 Mall in July 2014. We are looking for a team of Sales Advisors that will be responsible for excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the store targets and leading the way in Wonderization!
We are looking for candidates who are passionate to work in high street fashion.
You will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, demonstrate good brand knowledge, link products and close the sale.Bright. Colourful. Charismatic. Cheerful. Charming. Energetic. Creative and Wonderful!
The successful candidate will be an ambassador of wonder providing all customers with a wonder welcome, indulging her in wonderment and leave her feeling wonderful.
You will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who has a keen interest in fashion and trends. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike. An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker would be an advantage.
Requirements
Knowledge of how to implement an outstanding Customer journey is essential!
You should be able to show your experience in achieving excellent standards of customer service.
A Customer service background is essential.
An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial.
