Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is seeking a sales analyst to look after order management, e-business development and sales reporting for their Dubai office.

Order Management:
- Ensure process of orders being entered on time and reconciled accurately with customer is followed. Ensure that orders placed in line OE policy. Ensure all elements of the process are updated with in specified season.
- Execute Order entry process to ensure compliance from all system interfaces. Ensure all drops and adds have actioned together with customer service process.
- Perform pro-active basic Sales order management function in line with Partner buy plan.
- Ensures timely execution of order tracking, order input, retail release and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/RTS summaries and delivery information
- Provides support of the pre- or post-sales process and external customers needs.
- Identify and solve accounts/partners issues related to product orders like deliveries, credit issues, and returns.

E-Business Development and Support:
- Support the development and testing of tools and processes to support customers with e-business order entry solution.
- Make sure customers benefit from (system) enhancements delivered to them. Monitor on a regular basis the use of Order Entry tool and the integrity of content: Catalogues, Segmentation, Home pages, etc. Localize Customer/Marketing communications by gathering Country relevant information and translation coordination of content.
- Provide customer support in their user set-up on Order entry tool, Responsible for first line troubleshooting of Order Entry tool customer & sales rep issues.
- Work closely with the team to support the analysis of business process. Support authorized on-line Partners with relevant information & content to protect the brand's image on the web

Sales Reporting:
- Shipping Performance - goal setting: participate in target setting with sales managers and provide yearly/quarterly Monthly at-once & close-out forecasts to Sales Ops Manager.
- Analysis of Sales results, sales and operational data in an effort to improve efficiency of
- Summarize data into weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Requirements

- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a MNC FMCG background
- Fluency in English. Both written and spoken.

Technical Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, Cognos and MS office.and e-solutions
- Fair knowledge of retailer systems
