Job description / Role
Trade Marketing:
Assisting in improve profile and visibility of Fonterra portfolio in the market.
Assist in developing annual calendar of activities, promotions etc.
Assisting in developing display target.
Developing planograms and it adherence.
Tracking of budgets each month.
Market Activation/ Execution:
Assist in developing shopper activation calendar.
Monitor activation.
Track distribution and visibility drives.
Execute with excellence National promotions.
Retail Audit
Measure product performance and identify key levels of improvement including analysis of relevant reports.
Continuous monitoring of competitive landscape.
Provide relevant reporting on the activities.
Reporting:
Monthly reports for each market.
Competitor activities and pricing.
Category and channel analysis.
Communication:
Internally with TM, Sales, brand team and supply chain.
Externally with design agencies, printing, activation agencies etc.
Distributor, customers.
Requirements
* 1 -2 years of Trade Marketing experience as TM executive or brand executive.
* FMCG background.
* Graduate, preferably with marketing as specialization.
* PP and excel expert level skills.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Highly organized with Excellent follow up skills.
