Job description / Role
This is an extremely specialised role and candidates must have experience of expansion joints sales and account management in the construction industry.
Our UAE based client is a well-established world leader in delivering turnkey interior design and architectural projects across the Gulf region and we are recruiting a Sales Manager to deliver expansion joints solutions to contractors, manufacturers and architects for new and existing clients. You will also be providing account management to existing clients to build long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Develop and follow up business opportunities with contractors, architects and manufacturers within the construction industry to increase revenue and market share by submitting proposals and tenders.
Liaising with the design and delivery teams to ensure that all the clients requirements are met according to specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture is essential
- Sales experience in expansion joints with a background in construction engineering
- Experience of working in the MENA region would be a distinct advantage
- Fluent in English
