To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, we have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE. We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join the Toyota team in Dubai.You will be responsible for the following duties: * Assisting the Sales Executives with regards to Sales * Attending phone calls from customers and providing feedback, with a good customer approach * Invoicing, arranging deliveries, stock arrangements and coordination with the sales team * Follow-up for collections of account receivables * Interaction and co ordination with the branches * Branch Support activities * Sales support administration |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have the following experience to be considered for the role: * Minimum 2-3 years sales support experience, preferably in vehicles * Strong customer focus * Knowledge of, or previous experience within the Automotive or Service industry would be hugely beneficial * Good understanding of Sales processes * Good understanding of Microsoft packages * Good level of English communication skills (written and spoken) * Strong team player |
