Job description / Role
Sales Assistant - GUESS - Gulf Mall, Doha, Qatar
As one of the sales team it is your responsibility to deliver superior customer service through identifying customer needs, offering advice, demonstrating suitable products and building a relationship of trust with the customer.
You will understand the monthly target and formulate a personal strategy to achieve. Any customer complaints should be handled in an attentive, professional, friendly and supportive manner with a view to limit the requirement to escalate to Management.
Requirements
Ideally you will be educated to a high school level with 1-2 years retail experience. An eye for fashion trends would be an advantage.
You should be confident with a friendly manner when dealing with customers. Good communication skills are required.
